Disclosure Index / About

What this is.

A browseable index of public government UFO and UAP disclosure records. The starting point is the May 2026 Department of War PURSUE release at war.gov/ufo; the backfill extends decade by decade, from 1940s FBI flying-disc memos through the 1960s Condon Report, the 1970s opening of Project Blue Book at NARA, the 1990s Air Force Roswell reports, the 2010s AATIP / FLIR1 / GIMBAL / GOFAST videos, and the 2020s AARO and ODNI material. International records sit under the same Disclosures pillar as the US corpus. The goal is to make a mixed-format corpus something a human can skim and reason about, instead of opening a few hundred PDFs blind.

The site is organized around four pillars. Disclosures is the official government record: US releases plus international records from the UK Ministry of Defence, France GEIPAN, Brazil Arquivo Nacional, Italy Aeronautica Militare, and a dozen more national archives. Lore holds the adjacent material, civilian testimony, journalism, and whistleblower claims, each entry tagged with an epistemic class so the reader can weigh it honestly. Scholarly is the peer-reviewed UAP literature, indexed by abstract, authors, and the journal it appeared in. Network is the synthesis layer, a force-directed constellation of every entity that appears in the other three: programs, agencies, documents, witnesses, and the edges between them.

Every quote on the site is verbatim, with a page or timestamp citation back to the source. Summaries and key points are held against a quote-fidelity gate before publication: any rendered quote that doesn't match its source character-for-character (after a normalization pass) is dropped before the snapshot ships.

The site is public and search-indexable. Anyone looking for UFO transparency should be able to find it without a referral link.

What is not in the corpus

  • The Department's own commentary on the documents, by design. We render the source.

Historical context (10/10 reachable)

Editorial stance

The thesis and per-chapter readings live under Takeaways. The posture is open-minded, fact-disciplined, unafraid of wonder: not a true believer, not a debunker. The job is to render what is in the documents with enough precision that journalists, researchers, and the curious general public can quote it. We commit to a reading when the evidence weight is genuinely lopsided, and hedge honestly when it is not.
