FBI-UAP-D013 is a Seattle FBI file collecting 1952-1960 Washington State UFO sighting reports and the bureau's routing of those reports to Air Force, OSI, Coast Guard, and related intelligence contacts.
The file shows FBI Seattle receiving press clippings, witness letters, complaint forms, and Air Force liaison reports about objects over Pasco, Sand Point Naval Air Station, Seattle, Tacoma, and Neah Bay. Several entries are ordinary visual reports, but the June 1954 Neah Bay item records radar contact, an attempted F-86 intercept, and pilot visual sighting. The file's most important institutional fact is procedural: by August 1952, FBI and military officials were deciding when UFO reports should go to the Air Force, Coast Guard, OSI, and the AEC.

He stated | another unknown man had a pair of binoculars and that he | looked through the binoculars and thought he saw one large : | object, similar to a big disc, and six other small objects | flying away from the big disc.
