A currently serving senior ODNI official provides a first-hand helicopter account of multiple UAP encounters — including a bifurcating high-speed object and structured orb formations that appeared to track both the helicopter and fighter jets — at a sensitive U.S. military test range in the western United States in late 2025.
In late 2025, a senior U.S. intelligence officer flew a nighttime search mission over a weapons test range after JOC radar flagged the same airspace where UAP had been reported on prior nights. Ground teams tracked a 'super-hot' low-altitude object that split in two and changed direction; the object later rose and closed to within ten feet of the helicopter before accelerating away. At 700 feet AGL, the crew observed orange orbs arrange themselves in a 'T' formation just above the rotor disk, and separately observed identical orbs track fighter jets transiting the same airspace at matched speed and heading. The official reports the crew was 'virtually speechless' after landing.
