A 38-second infrared video, titled by its uploader 'USCG C-144 Tyndall UAP 2 TIC TAC IR hot 24 April 2024,' uploaded to a classified network in June 2024 and assessed by AARO as likely originating from a U.S. Coast Guard infrared sensor in the Southeastern United States.
AARO identified this video in response to an eight-member House of Representatives request, dated March 6, 2026, for access to 51 potentially UAP-related records held by the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. AARO assesses the footage likely derives from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. Coast Guard platform — consistent with the HC-144A Ocean Sentry maritime patrol aircraft designated in the uploader-defined title — operating in the Southeastern United States in 2024. An unnamed user uploaded the video to a classified network in June 2024, approximately two months after the April 24, 2024 incident date embedded in the title. AARO flags that many materials in this collection, including this video, lack a substantiated chain of custody.
