U.S. Central Command submitted the report to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) with 2 minutes and 36 seconds of footage from the electro-optical (right) and infrared (left) sensors of a U.S. military platform operating in the Middle East in 2022. The companion mission report, catalogued as DOW-UAP-D109, put the object's speed at between 80 and 180 miles per hour. The Department of War's video description follows a single area of contrast that the sensor pans to keep centered, with a second area of contrast entering the frame briefly at 00:52 to 00:57 and the sensor intermittently losing contact during the final 64 seconds. The release states that its description carries no analytical judgment, investigative conclusion, or factual determination about the event, and the case remains unresolved.
