The Department of War released DOW-UAP-PR030, a U.S. Central Command submission to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office consisting of 10 seconds of infrared sensor footage recorded aboard a U.S. military platform in 2023 over the Middle East. The video shows activity only between 00:06 and 00:07, when two areas of contrast transit the sensor field-of-view: the first enters from the bottom right and exits the top edge, the second, smaller area enters from the top and exits the bottom. The remaining seconds (00:01-00:05 and 00:08-00:10) contain no content.
