FBI-UAP-D030, FD-302, “Large Triangle with Red Lights,” 2023
This FBI FD-302 records an October 2025 interview about a reported large black triangular UAP with red corner lights over Colorado Springs in October 2023.
The interviewee told FBI agents that the incident happened in Colorado Springs between 8 and 9:30 PM in October 2023 while he was watching the sky. He described a dark-gray, distorted cloud, then a solid black equilateral triangle emerging from it with one diffuse red light at each corner. The witness estimated the object was 3,000 to 5,000 feet high, possibly as large as the parking lot where he stood, and 3 to 5 stories thick. He reported sudden acceleration, heat-mirage-like waves around the object, no noise, no visible propulsion, and a phone call shortly afterward that his wife said sounded electronically distorted.
saw the entire equilateral triangular object with a red light in each of the three corners.p.2
