Brief

At approximately 07h35–07h45 on December 10, 2018, a lone female motorist on a private driveway in La Forêt-Fouesnant (Finistère, Brittany) observed a low-altitude rectangular bar emitting an electric-yellow light with a large fluorescent-green circle at its center. The UAP moved slowly east, then pivoted to face the witness due south and held stationary for roughly 20 seconds before resuming eastward travel and disappearing into ground mist. No sound was detected with windows down; after the event the car radio display screen ceased functioning while audio continued, and had not recovered at the time of filing. GEIPAN assigned the case classification D1 (phenomenon non-identified).
