DOW-UAP-PR116, Unresolved UAP Report, Atlantic Ocean, 2020
A U.S. Northern Command report to AARO on an unresolved 2020 UAP over the Atlantic Ocean, built around 32 seconds of infrared video from a U.S. military platform.
The Department of War released DOW-UAP-PR116, a U.S. Northern Command report submitted to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office describing a 2020 unidentified anomalous phenomenon over the Atlantic Ocean captured in 32 seconds of infrared sensor footage. An accompanying Range Fouler Debrief, DOW-UAP-D091, describes the object as a darker, maroonish shape roughly 12 to 15 feet tall that traveled with the wind and did not maneuver or change direction, resembling a large, somewhat deformed balloon. The video description notes the sensor zoomed and panned to keep an area of contrast near the center of the frame from 00:01 to 00:32. The Department states the video description is informational only and should not be read as an analytical judgment or conclusion about the event.
