The United States Northern Command submitted this unresolved UAP case to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), consisting of 39 seconds of footage from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in 2016 over the Atlantic Ocean. The sensor zooms and pans to track an area of contrast, switches modes with a white reticle surrounding the object, then stops tracking and lets the object exit the frame before a second area of contrast enters from the right.
