A U.S. Navy submission to AARO of 20 seconds of infrared video shot from a civilian aircraft over the eastern United States in 2019, released by the Department of War on July 10 2026.
The report packages 20 seconds of infrared sensor footage captured aboard a civilian aircraft in 2019 and forwarded by the U.S. Navy to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office. An accompanying Range Fouler Debrief, DOW-UAP-D090, records an observer with 28 years in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy describing flight characteristics unlike anything seen in that career. The object is characterized as small and moving in a straight line in the opposite direction at high speed, with the sensor flashing white as it changed zoom and display modes before the contrast left the frame.
