U.S. Indo-Pacific Command sent the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) a report built around 27 seconds of infrared footage captured in 2023 by a sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in the Yellow Sea. The Department of War released it on September 18, 2026 as DOW-UAP-PR144 under the label of an unresolved UAP report. The official video description records an area of contrast above and to the left of frame center during 00:00-00:02, then a sensor that increases magnification and pans to keep that contrast generally centered from 00:03 to 00:27.
