Brazilian Air Force CENDOC (Centro de Documentação) Envelope 08 for 1986 — the year of the May 19, 1986 Noite Oficial dos OVNIs (Official Night of the UFOs). Air-defense radars across southeastern Brazil tracked roughly 20 unidentified targets that night; Mirage III and F-5E fighters were scrambled from multiple bases. The envelope contains the largest concentration of FAB declassified material for the canonical 1986 incident and is one of the most-cited single envelopes in the AN-BSB-ARX series.
